1. Use and the free app tryout

You may use pochipochi as a personal checking aid in accordance with these terms and applicable law. The 7-day solo tryout needs no account or card and never charges automatically. Afterwards, you can use three tiles of your choice for free. Other tiles remain saved but locked; a full-version purchase or active pochilink subscription makes them available again. We do not offer independent accounts for minors; their use is intended on a device set up and managed by a parent or guardian.

2. Paid products and payment

The full version is a one-time purchase with 12 tile types and themes: JPY 200 including tax in Japan, with a US$1.99 base price outside Japan. Up to eight tiles are shown on screen at once. pochilink includes full-version access and costs JPY 200 monthly or JPY 1,500 annually including tax in Japan, with base prices of US$1.99 monthly or US$9.99 annually elsewhere. An invited partner does not need to purchase.

Purchasing and restoring require email verification. Review the total price, currency, tax, payment method, and term before confirming your purchase. The full version is charged at purchase and becomes available after payment and access verification. If it does not appear, use Restore purchase or contact us rather than purchasing again.

3. pochilink trial and automatic renewal

Eligible customers receive a 14-day free trial that requires the initiating user's verified email and card. This is separate from the 7-day solo tryout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected monthly or annual charge begins and renews automatically for the same period. We send an email 48 hours before the first charge with its date, price, and an explanation that cancelling during the trial costs nothing. Check the trial end time and initial charge before starting.

4. Cancellation

You can stop pochilink renewal at any time. Cancelling before the trial ends costs nothing. After a charge, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the paid period ends. Use the seller's subscription-management or support channel shown in your purchase receipt or related confirmation. If you cannot find or use it, contact us below. Closing, uninstalling, or no longer using the app does not cancel a subscription. Do not rely on account deletion as a substitute for cancellation.

After the subscription ends, a full version purchased separately remains available. Without that separate purchase, access returns to three free tiles; your saved tile setup and settings are not deleted.

5. Refunds

Unless applicable law or the seller's rules provide otherwise, we do not normally offer change-of-mind refunds for a full version that has been supplied correctly. Cancelling pochilink does not normally provide a change-of-mind refund or a prorated refund of a paid period.

Contact support about duplicate charges, faults that prevent delivery of purchased features, or features that differ from their description. We will assess the issue and provide remedies, including fixes or refunds, as required by applicable law. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Refund eligibility and timing depend on applicable law, the seller's rules, and the purchase circumstances. A refunded purchase loses its associated access, while saved tiles remain.

6. Real-world checks and pochilink

Tapping a tile is not proof that a door was locked, heat was turned off, medication was taken, or another action was completed. Inspect the actual item and condition yourself. A partner's “OK” acknowledges the shared information, not the real-world condition or its safety. Your own check is complete without waiting for a reply. Networks, devices, and email services can delay or prevent notifications; do not use pochilink for emergencies.

7. Not medical or emergency service

pochipochi is not a medical device, diagnosis, treatment, medication instruction, or emergency alert service. Consult a qualified professional or relevant authority when appropriate.

8. Data and restoration

Tile content and settings stay on your device and may be lost through device failure or clearing site data. Save a backup when needed. Restoring a purchase restores access; it does not automatically copy tile content to another device. See our Privacy Policy for account, purchase, and sharing information.

If purchase-access records are lost and you cannot restore access yourself, contact support below rather than purchasing again. After checking the payment record and verifying your purchase email, the operator restores purchase access. Payment records cannot restore your tile content, settings, or check times.

9. Prohibited conduct

• Violating law or third-party rights
• Damaging the service or its users
• Unauthorized access, interference, or exploitation of vulnerabilities
• Redistributing or presenting pochipochi as if it guarantees safety or medical outcomes

10. Changes, suspension, and responsibility

We may change or suspend the service for maintenance, safety, legal compliance, or another reasonable need. We will explain material changes clearly and respect purchased rights and statutory remedies. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

For a purchase inquiry, include your purchase email address, product, purchase date, and a description of the problem. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or authentication codes. Your receipt identifies the seller of your purchase.
