Privacy Policy

1. Information stored on your device

Tile names, icons, suggested times, check states and times, tile setup, theme, layout, daily reset time, language, and guidance settings are stored in your browser. After a purchase is verified, only the account ID, verification time, lifetime purchase, subscription state, formal end date, plan, and renewal-cancellation state are stored on the device for offline use. This record does not contain an email address, card details, or an authentication code.

2. Accounts and purchases

Purchasing, restoring, or starting pochilink requires an email address and account ID to be processed by the authentication provider. Payment takes place on Stripe's page; pochipochi does not receive your card number. Product, amount, currency, contract state and period, and payment-provider identifiers are stored to restore access, process cancellation or refunds, and prevent duplicate processing.

A matching value derived from your verified email and your account ID are saved with the Stripe purchase record so that access can be recovered if our access records are lost. This value cannot be used to sign in. Support checks the payment record against your verified email before restoring access.

3. pochilink

pochilink processes account IDs, the sharing relationship, opaque tile IDs with no name or meaning, minimum invite and current-cycle times, the account ID and time of an explicit “OK,” and request IDs used to prevent duplicates. It does not send tile names, free text, icons, colors, layout, check history, location, or contacts. Delivery or opening a screen never becomes an “OK.”

4. Email and service providers

Cloudflare is used for delivery and security, Supabase for authentication, purchase access, and pochilink, Stripe for payments, and Resend for authentication and price-notice email. They may process IP address, time, device, and browser information to provide and protect their services. Stripe handles card information under its own policy.

For a new purchase, Cloudflare and Supabase temporarily check your selected country of residence, connection country, purchase request identifier, and price to confirm sales availability. This check does not send your email or sign-in credentials to Cloudflare or collect device location. Your country selection is not stored on the device or in purchase-access records. Free use and restoring purchased features do not require this country check.

5. Information we do not use

We do not use advertising, behavioral targeting, cross-site tracking, device location, contacts, advertising IDs, device fingerprinting, or inferences about health or relationships. Tile names and individual check history are not transmitted for AI training, advertising, or usage analytics.

6. Backup and deletion

A backup is saved as a JSON file on your device and contains item names and settings without encryption. It excludes that day's check states and times and is restored on the device. Removing browser or PWA site data removes local data. After account deletion, active pochilink data is removed from the active database within 24 hours.

For the initial solo release, the operator does not use automated backups of server data. Purchase access is recovered by checking Stripe payment records. If automated backups are introduced, their storage location and deletion period will be reflected in this policy.

7. Retention and requests

Local data remains until you delete it. Invites, current cycles, and ended sharing relationships are generally removed within 24 hours after they end. Purchase and refund records are kept as needed for access restoration, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. Contact us below to request access, correction, or deletion.
